Sig Ep is about building your leadership skills that will be sure to help you in your future career. One opportunity in our house is to work your way up to being on the executive board, which is some of the best leadership experience you can get in college. Being President of a fraternity like Sig Ep gives you the experience of running a true company...between managing a large financial budget, planning an entire semester's strategy, and much more, you'll be doing lots more than just adding a line to your resume.

President- Alex Power- Contact: sigepcaldelta@gmail.com

My full name is Alexander Michael Power and I am from San Jose, California.  I am currently a junior at San Diego State University studying Business Finance.  I had never strongly considered going Greek until I learned about Sigma Phi Epsilon and did not join until the spring of my freshman year.  Joining Sig Ep has become one of the best decisions of my life and my greatest learning experience.  I can honestly say that Sigma Phi Epsilon has made me a better man and has greatly improved my college experience.  The Balanced Man program truly works with Sig Ep members to become more well rounded and educated people. While being a member of the house I have acted as Philanthropy Chair, including Sun Cup President, as well as Budget Chair.  I am currently an Epsilon and actively working to complete the Brother Mentor Challenge.  I have fully accepted the challenge that comes with Presidency and I am excited to make 2010 an amazing year.  My goal this year is to improve to the lives of every member through Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity and better prepare them for their futures.  We will continue to our success this year and stand as the most elite Fraternity on our campus.

Vice President of Programming- Nick Wetta- Contact: nickdwetta@gmail.com

I was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. I came to SDSU my freshmen year and have been going through the pre-business program. I will officially be declaring for upper division next fall. I rushed SigEp in the fall of 2008, and since then have completed the Sigma, Phi, and Epsilon tracker. Prior to being elected VP of Programming, I held multiple positions in the recruitment and programming cabinet. In short, I simply wouldn't be the man I am today if it wasn't for SigEp, Cal Delta. The members of this fraternity are inspired to be the most productive and balanced leaders on SDSU campus.

This fraternity pushes the individual to pursue excellence in all areas of his life. That is why I believe in it, and that is why I was inspired to run for an executive position and continue the greatness that this fraternity has to offer. The responsibility and leadership experience that comes with not only being a member of SigEp, but being on the executive board is something that I will carry on forever.

Vice-President of Recruitment- Josh Roush- Contact: roushjoshua@yahoo.com

My name is Josh Roush, currently a junior at San Diego State University studying business marketing and rushed in Spring 2008. I have been involved in the recruitment cabinet for the past two years and I feel it is very essential to recruit solid men who are concerned about academics and want to make our fraternity succeed in the future. I am a brother mentor and have held several positions in the house.
I joined this fraternity because I love what it stands for and feel I can make a positive impact on many. This fraternity has offered me more than life long friends and better academics. I gained leadership skills, grew, and matured. This house has given me several opportunities to succeed and help the community.
Lastly, through hard work and dedication I want to "build balanced leaders' for the worlds' communities," and recruit men whom are willing to help better not only them selves but others as well.

Vice-President of Membership Development- Peter Sibley- Contact: sibleyp23@gmail.com

My name is Peter James Sibley, a current sophomore at SDSU. I was born in Singapore and raised in the Napa Valley, then eventually decided to move down south and call San Diego my home. I am currently studying Social Science and wish to pursue some form of graduate school post-SDSU. I rushed SigEp in the fall of 08’ and have completed the Sigma, Phi, and Epsilon challenges. Through these challenges I have developed into a strong and passionate leader that fully understands how our fraternity operates. I have taken my experience of SigEp to the next level by being elected to the Vice President of Membership Development. I feel that brotherhood is the single most important aspect of being in a fraternity. The bonds and friendships that are formed between individuals in Sigma Phi Epsilon are unmatched in value and strength. In the past year and a half of my life I have developed best friends, found role models, become teammates, and can proudly say I have over 120 brothers in my life. Through my newly elected position I wish to bring this feeling of family to every member and prospective member of SigEp. Through the balanced man program, unforgettable brotherhood events, and proper SigEp knowledge I will achieve this goal and you will achieve it with me.“When all's said and done, all roads lead to the same end. So it's not so much which road you take, as how you take it.”

Vice-President of Communications- Jeremy Swartz- Contact: jswartz145@gmail.com

My name is Jeremy Brett Swartz. I was born and raised in Mission Viejo, CA. I am currently a Junior Social Science major seeking to later attend law school. I rushed in the Fall of 2007 as a freshman and view joining Sigma Phi Epsilon as the best decision I have made so far in life. Prior to being elected Vice President of Communications I have been involved in many aspects of SigEp Cal Delta including Assistant Social Chair, Rush Chair, Development Chair, and Sigma Coordinator. Outside of the house I have been involved in many activities including the SDSU GreenLove sustainability board and a leadership advisor at a summer camp.

Sigma Phi Epsilon has not only provided me with great friends for a lifetime, but a place to foster my leadership potential. Through SigEp I have learned the true importance of being the best person I can be through leadership and professionalism, as well as the importance of living virtuously and diligently.

As Vice President of Communications I will seek to help push our chapter down the path of greatness and I am confident that our executive board has the drive and will-power to make a strong push for our third Buchanan Cup in a row.

Vice-President of Finance- Sean Mnich- Contact: seanmnich@gmail.com

Hi I am Sean Mnich, I am a Junior, Finance Major, and a Brother of Sigma Phi Epsilon since Fall 2007. Joining this fraternity has been one the greatest things I have done since I came to SDSU. At first as a freshman, I was hesitant about joining a fraternity, I rushed a few houses to see what they were all about, then I received my bid for SigEp and have not regretted one moment since. Within SigEp I have gained various leadership opportunities, a great social network within SDSU’s huge campus, and great friends.

I have held various positions in SigEp: Shadows for various positions on the exec board my freshman year, IFC Delegate, Budget Chair, and I just finished being the House Manager for Fall 09. Becoming the VP of Finance has been one my goals ever since I joined, and now that I am the VP of Finance my goal is to strive for excellence and to make the chapter stronger in all aspects.

Hobbies: Surfing, Rock Climbing, Trying New Things, Exploring Baja, and SigEp.

Chaplain- Kevin Kwoka - Contact: kwoka@rohan.sdsu.edu

My name is Kevin Kwoka and I am a fourth year senior Brother Mentor double majoring in Finance and Economics. I grew up in Roseville, California, but now consider San Diego home. I joined Sig Ep my sophomore year after turning down 5 other fraternities and I could not be happier with my decision. Sig Ep has made me the person I am today and the man I will be tomorrow. Sig Ep has encouraged me to excel academically, socially, and professionally. I have gained many skills throughout my time in Sig Ep such as public speaking, speech writing, social interaction and confidence to name a few. Sig Ep ignited my flame for service for others through community service and that is what made me want to be on the Executive Board; to see my brothers succeed. Sig Ep has also motivated me to live up to my potential and get the most that SDSU has to offer. Without Sig Ep I would not be the president of Phi Eta Sigma Honor Society, a member of Rotaract, on the Dean's List, or on the Library Committee to the Dean. Sig Ep has taught me not to strive for perfection, but for excellence. The most important thing I have gotten from Sig Ep is that anything I do does not have to be THE best, but it should be MY best. Thanks to Sig Ep, everyday MY best is getting a little closer to THE best.
